Listed in "Who's Who in American Medicine and Healthcare", Thom Montgomery is the Director of Development. In this position he works with staff, interns and the community. He joined "The New Beginning Fellowship Center" in 2002 conducting classes and other assignments. He is a certified counselor by the California Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselors, the National Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselors, and the International Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselors. Educated at the University of California Irvine, Dr. Montgomery has worked in the field of addiction for over 33 years and has been instrumental in establishing care for the handicapped who suffer from addiction. he is a major proponent of licensing and credentialing counselors, and sits on several boards, including being a member of the Board of Directors for the Mid-Valley Community Police Council. He supervises treatment programs in three states to ensure their compliance with national and international standards of treatment. With Dr. Montgomery's extensive experience, education and expertise in counseling, He ensures the organization is providing the best service and care available for the client and the community as well.

CEO for Karstadt in Kiel Germany for 8 years in the training and development department. Mrs.Ingrid Allen is a certified alcohol / drug counselor at "The New Beginning Treatment Center". She also spearheads the training and vocational section within the organization. With her experience, passion and commitment to helping clients find employment after turning their lives around, Ingrid Allen's philosophy and approach is an integral key to assist individuals back into mainstream society.

A graduate of Inter-Coastal College and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor at The New Beginning treatment center. Working with other counselors within the organization Yadira Chontal plans and co-ordinates all sessions, activities, programs, lectures and other assignments as needed for  clients and visitors alike. Yadira Chontal’s desire to help and guide clients towards sobriety together with her continuing education and experience is an asset to the treatment center and the community.

Together with other counselors within the organization Norma Ibarra plans and co-ordinates all sessions, activities, programs, lectures and other assignments as needed for  clients and visitors alike. Norma Ibarra's desire to help and guide clients towards sobriety together with her continuing education and experience is an asset to the treatment center and the community.

Ms. Monica Anderson is the Database Administrator as well as performing other administrative tasks. With "The New Beginning Treatement Center" now for 2 years her expertise to the organization has been a great asset to us as well as the community. As the organization's growth continue's her skills in the office are mandatory ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
